Nature of Services Elevation provides: career transition tools, educational resources, wellness support tools, organizational development resources, AI-assisted guidance, productivity and planning tools. The Services are informational and educational in nature only. 2. No Professional Advice Elevation does not provide legal advice, medical advice, mental health treatment, therapy, psychiatric services, financial advice, or employment guarantees. Users should seek qualified professionals where appropriate. 3. Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you represent that information provided is accurate, you have legal capacity to enter agreements, and you will use the Services lawfully. 4. Intellectual Property All content, branding, systems, frameworks, designs, graphics, trademarks, methodologies, and materials related to Elevation and the Elevation Matrix™ are owned by or licensed to Elevation unless otherwise stated. Users may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, modify, copy, or republish without written permission. 5. User Conduct Users agree not to misuse the platform, upload harmful content, interfere with platform functionality, impersonate others, violate laws, or attempt unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts. 6. AI Tools and Outputs AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, contain inaccuracies, or produce unexpected results. Users assume responsibility for evaluating outputs. AI output is provided as a draft for your review. Where a feature allows you to accept, reject, or manually edit a suggestion, you are responsible for reviewing and approving the content before you send, submit, publish, or otherwise rely on it, including resumes, cover letters, outreach messages, and profile content. Elevation does not submit application materials on your behalf. 6A. Information Stored In Your Browser Some content you create in Elevation is stored in your web browser on the device you are using rather than on our servers, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the device and browser profile you use, for signing out when finished, and for exercising caution on shared or public devices. Because this content is held in your browser, it may be lost if you clear browser data, use private browsing, or change devices or browsers, and it is not synchronized between devices. Elevation does not warrant the availability, retention, backup, or recoverability of browser-stored content, and is not liable for its loss. 7. Pilot Programs Pilot access may change without notice, include incomplete features, involve active testing, or experience interruptions or modifications. Feedback provided during pilots may be used to improve Services. Participation in surveys, check-ins, and other feedback activities is voluntary. Declining to participate does not affect your access to the Services. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevation and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, emotional distress, employment outcomes, data loss, or business interruption. Use of the Services is at the user's own risk. 9. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elevation from claims arising from misuse of Services, violation of laws, violation of these Terms, or user-generated content. 10.
