Privacy Policy for Elevation™

Effective Date: May 27, 2026 · Last Updated: August 12, 2026

Welcome to Elevation™ ("Elevation," "we," "our," or "us"), a career transition and wellness platform designed to support individuals navigating career disruption, job transition, professional development, and personal growth. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Elevation platform, website, applications, tools, features, services, and related content (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 1. Information We Collect We may collect the following categories of information: A. Personal Information Information you voluntarily provide, including: Name, Email address, Phone number, Employer or organization, Job title, Resume or career-related information, Survey responses, User-generated content, Profile information. B. Wellness and Self-Assessment Information Users may voluntarily provide: Mood check-ins, Confidence ratings, Wellness reflections, Career concerns, Stress indicators, Goal tracking information. This information is provided voluntarily and is not intended to constitute medical or mental health records. C. Technical and Usage Information We may automatically collect: IP address, Browser type, Device information, Operating system, Usage behavior, Session activity, Time spent within the platform, Pages viewed, Feature engagement, Referral sources. D. Analytics and Pilot Data If participating in a pilot program, cohort, or organizational initiative, we may collect: aggregated usage statistics, participation metrics, completion rates, engagement analytics, and outcome measurement data. We also invite participants to complete voluntary pilot surveys at up to three points: a baseline survey near the start of your pilot, a midpoint survey, and a post-pilot survey. These surveys ask you to rate items on a 1–10 scale, including career clarity, confidence in securing meaningful employment, stress about your employment transition, motivation, preparedness to run an effective job search, and how supported rather than isolated you feel. They may also ask about your employment and job-search status and other structured pilot-feedback questions, and may include optional free-text questions where you can describe your experience in your own words. Every survey is voluntary, you may skip any question, and declining does not affect your access to any part of Elevation. Where an organization sponsors a pilot, we may also invite that organization's authorized representatives or Cohort Administrators to complete a post-pilot feedback survey about the pilot; that feedback is about the pilot and the organization's experience, not about identified individual participants. Elevation also invites you, from time to time and no more than every two weeks, to update your employment and job-search status on your dashboard, and you may record employment details at any time on the Employment Outcomes page (for example status, job title, industry, salary range, work mode and start date, and milestones such as interviews, offers and re-employment). These updates are voluntary, and are used in aggregate to measure and report pilot outcomes; sponsoring organizations receive only aggregate results, suppressed for small groups. E. Information Stored In Your Browser (On-Device Storage) Elevation stores some of the content you create directly in your web browser on the device you are using, rather than on our servers. This may include: journal and reflection entries, job tracker entries and application notes, networking contacts imported or entered by you, networking events and calendar entries, LinkedIn drafts and suggestions, strengths, skills, and upskilling notes, interview practice sessions, transcripts, and audio recordings, and general platform preferences. This on-device information is stored separately for each signed-in participant, so information saved under one participant's account is not read by another participant's account on the same browser. Interview practice audio and transcripts are stored in a separate per-participant browser database. Information previously stored without participant separation has been set aside on the device and is no longer read, displayed, or used by any active feature, including AI features. On-device information remains on that device. It is not synchronized between devices or browsers, is not visible to us, and may be lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or switch devices or browsers. Because this information stays in the browser, other people who use the same device and browser profile and are able to access it at the operating-system or browser level may be able to reach it. You should use a device and browser profile you control, and sign out when finished, especially on a shared or public device. F. Information Stored On Our Servers Information stored on our servers under your account includes: your account and authentication information, your profile information, resumes you save or upload, wellbeing check-in records, Social Hub profile and connection information if you choose to participate, policy acknowledgement records, and administrative or pilot records. Your dashboard checklist progress, your resulting Elevation Matrix stage, and your mood check-ins are saved to your account on our servers so they persist across devices, and are used in aggregate for pilot measurement. Server-side information is access-controlled so that it is associated with your account. 2. How We Use Information We may use collected information to: Provide and improve Services; Personalize user experiences; Support career transition activities; Analyze engagement and effectiveness; Improve platform functionality; Conduct research and analytics; Measure pilot outcomes; Communicate updates and announcements; Respond to inquiries and support requests; Detect fraud or misuse; Comply with legal obligations; Evaluate and report on pilot programs, including measuring change between baseline, midpoint, and post-pilot survey responses; and use survey results to improve Elevation's content, features, and support. 3. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party AI Processing Some portions of Elevation utilize artificial intelligence ("AI") tools to provide recommendations, summaries, guidance, insights, or interactive experiences. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, may contain errors or omissions, and should not be solely relied upon for employment, financial, legal, medical, or mental health decisions. Users are responsible for independently evaluating AI-generated outputs. When you use an AI-assisted feature, the information needed to produce a response — which may include resume content, career history, goals, skills, interview responses, or activity you have recorded in the platform — is transmitted to a third-party AI service provider through a managed AI gateway, processed there, and returned to Elevation. AI features operate only on information associated with your signed-in account. The AI Disclosure page lists the features that use AI. Providers may change over time and we do not name or guarantee any particular provider or system. If you prefer that information not be processed by an AI provider, do not enter it into an AI-assisted feature. Survey responses you provide in pilot surveys, including optional free-text responses, are not transmitted to AI service providers as part of this platform's survey features. 4. Sharing of Information We do not sell personal information. We may share information with: Service providers, Hosting providers, Analytics providers, AI service providers used to generate AI-assisted content, Pilot organizations, Legal authorities when required by law, Successors in the event of merger, acquisition, or sale. We may share aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized analytics data for research, reporting, or business purposes. 4B. Pilot Cohort Administrators If you participate through a pilot, cohort, or organizational initiative, that organization may designate one or more authorized Cohort Administrators. An authorized Cohort Administrator can see, for participants in their assigned cohort or cohorts only: your first and last name, your account email address, your enrollment status in the cohort, invitation records associated with your email address (including whether an invitation was sent, is pending, or has been accepted), and aggregate cohort-level metrics such as participation, activity, and engagement counts. Aggregate metrics are reported only for groups large enough to avoid identifying an individual participant. Where surveys are administered as part of a pilot, an authorized Cohort Administrator can see survey results for their assigned cohort or cohorts only in aggregate form, such as averages and response counts and change between waves. Aggregate survey results are shown only for groups large enough to avoid identifying an individual participant, and results for smaller groups are suppressed rather than displayed. Authorized Cohort Administrators do NOT receive: your journal or reflection entries, your resumes or resume content, your wellness or mood check-ins, your confidence, stress, or motivation ratings, your AI conversations or AI-generated content, your job tracker entries, your networking contacts, your interview practice sessions, transcripts, or recordings, your Social Hub messages, your individual survey responses, your free-text or written survey comments, or any other individual-level private content you create in the platform. A small number of Elevation Super Administrators can access individual-level survey responses, including optional free-text responses, where necessary to administer, evaluate, and report on a pilot, to verify data quality, and to support the platform. Access is limited to personnel who need it for those purposes. When we report pilot results to a sponsoring organization or externally, we report them in aggregate or de-identified form. 4A. Social Hub and Participant-to-Participant Sharing Elevation includes an optional Social Hub that allows participants to discover and connect with one another. Participation in the Social Hub is opt-in. If you do not choose to join, other participants do not see a Social Hub profile for you. If you do join, the information you place in your Social Hub profile may be visible to other participants in accordance with the visibility settings and connection requirements provided in the platform. Certain profile fields, including location and industry, have their own visibility controls that you manage. Direct messaging and connection features operate according to the connection requirements described in the platform. You may optionally choose to share your resume through the Social Hub. Resume access is controlled by your sharing setting and the Social Hub connection requirements described in the platform. You should share only information you are comfortable making visible to other participants, and you can change your Social Hub settings at any time. Information another participant has already viewed, saved, or copied cannot be retrieved. 5. Data Security We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect user information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge that internet transmissions are never fully secure and unauthorized access may occur despite safeguards. 6. User Responsibility Users are responsible for: maintaining account confidentiality, safeguarding passwords, ensuring information submitted is accurate, exercising discretion when sharing personal information. Users should avoid submitting sensitive medical records, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or highly confidential information. 7. Third-Party Services and Links Elevation may contain links to third-party websites, tools, resources, or integrations. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices, external content, external security practices, or external services. Users access third-party services at their own risk. 8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience, analyze platform usage, remember preferences, support functionality, and measure engagement. Users may disable cookies through browser settings; however, some functionality may be affected. 9. Data Retention, Access, Correction, Export, and Deletion We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and conduct legitimate business operations. Elevation is currently in a pilot stage. Requests to access, correct, export, or delete information stored on our servers are handled manually by our team. To make a request, contact us using the information in Section 13 and identify the account email address you use with Elevation. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on a request, and we may retain information where we are required or permitted to do so, such as for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes. Self-service export and deletion tools are not currently offered. Information stored in your browser (described in Section 1E) is on your device and is not accessible to us. You can remove it yourself by clearing your browser's site data for Elevation on that device or by using your browser's privacy controls. Clearing site data removes stored drafts, notes, and recordings held on that device and this cannot be undone by us. 10. Children's Privacy Elevation is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. 11. Disclaimer Regarding Employment Outcomes Elevation does not guarantee employment, interviews, career advancement, compensation increases, business opportunities, mental health outcomes, or financial results. Individual outcomes vary. 12. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. 13.
