Elevation™ incorporates artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies to provide career suggestions, content recommendations, summaries, guidance, productivity assistance, and interactive support experiences. 1. Where AI Is Used AI-assisted features currently include: - the AI career coach and interactive chat support - resume drafting, revision suggestions, and formatting guidance - cover letter and outreach message drafting - LinkedIn profile and headline suggestions - interview practice questions, feedback, and transcript summaries - strengths, skills, and experience positioning suggestions - upskilling and learning recommendations - networking outreach suggestions - job search and opportunity-related summaries - daily encouragement and momentum messages - support and progress insights shown on your dashboard 2. What Information AI Features Use Depending on the feature you choose to use, AI features may process information you have entered or uploaded, such as resume content, career history, goals, skills, interview responses, job search activity, networking notes, and progress information. AI features are limited to information associated with your signed-in account. Pilot survey responses, including optional free-text survey comments, are not used by AI features and are not sent to AI service providers. 3. Third-Party AI Processing AI outputs are generated using third-party AI service providers reached through a managed gateway. Information necessary to produce a response is transmitted to that provider for processing and a response is returned to Elevation. Elevation does not name or guarantee any particular provider or system, and providers may change over time. 4. Limits of AI Output AI-generated content: - may not always be accurate - may produce incomplete or imperfect responses - may omit relevant information - should not replace professional judgment - should not be solely relied upon for employment, financial, legal, medical, or mental health decisions 5. Your Review Responsibility AI output is a draft for your review. You are responsible for reading, editing, verifying, and approving any AI-assisted content before you send, submit, publish, or otherwise rely on it. Where a feature offers accept, reject, or manual editing options, you decide what is kept. Users are encouraged to independently verify all information and exercise discretion. Elevation does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs.
